Visa Application Subject to Regularizations (STR)

STR Visas are issued to applicants, who wish to travel to Nigeria for long-term (contractual or transfer) jobs.

Duly filled visa application form (via portal.immigration.gov.ng);
Visa payment slip & visa acknowledgement slip (available after online payment);
Original letter of invitation from the Host company in Nigeria, accepting full immigration and financial responsibilities as well as stating the purpose of visit and duration of stay;
Photocopy of passport data page of the signatory to the invitation letter (must be a Nigerian citizen);
Photocopy of certificate of incorporation of the inviting Nigerian company;
Photocopy of expatriate quota issued to the inviting Nigerian company by the Nigerian Ministry of Interior;
Letter of offer of employment from the inviting Nigerian company;
Letter of acceptance of employment from the applicant and addressed to the inviting Nigerian company;
Five (5) colored 3.5cm x 4.5cm sized photographs;
Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (original and copy);
Photocopy of passport data page of applicant;
Applicant’s educational certificates with English translation;
Applicant’s curriculum vitae (Resume);
HIV report of the Applicant with English translation;
Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (original and copy);
Foreigners in Russian Federation must provide proof of legal residency with not less than six (6) months validity;
NOTE: Documents to be submitted at the Embassy in triplicate copies.
Duration: 3 months. Stay Permit – to be issued Residence Permit in Nigeria.
