Professor Abdullahi Y. Shehu, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria met with Mr. Sergey Katyrin, the President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 21st September, 2021. The meeting centered on the promotion of bilateral economic relations between Nigeria and Russia.
They also discussed the prospect of organizing a trade mission to Nigeria at the earliest. The trade mission is expected to further bolster the strong business relation that exists between Nigeria and Russia. The duo further acknowledged that there is a lot of opportunities for collaboration between the two countries.
