On September 14, 2021 the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Russian Federation with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Belarus His Excellency Prof. Abdullahi Y.SHEHU met with the Ambassador of Romania to the Russian Federation His Excellency Mr. Christian ISTRATE, who was accompanied by the Minister-Counsellor of the Romanian Embassy in Moscow Mr. Ene DANIEL at the Nigerian Embassy in Moscow.
The Ambassadors discussed the development of Nigerian – Romanian relations in all spheres. They reaffirmed their mutual interest in stepping up political and economic dialogue and maintaining active contacts between the two diplomatic missions in Moscow.
They agreed on interaction with the aim of developing mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
